Or, as an alternate title: ON THE SIXTH DAY HE RESTED (unlike God, having started on Tuesday instead of Monday).
So, the ceiling and wall cracks have been filled (big bucket of plaster - the kitchen needed two layers), the ceiling in the living and dining rooms has one coat of primer, the toilet has been repaired.
I haven't been much help since work has been so overwhelmingly difficult, but tomorrow I'll help move the stove and fridge and tv and radiator covers!
On to week #2!
